What you need:
Warm almond or flax milk
¼ teaspoon of honey
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
¼ teaspoon of raw cacao powder
Why?

and calm.

Nutmeg is a pretty powerful spice. Nutmeg is a natural sleep-aid, and contains numerous chemical components that act similar to tranquilizers. Only take ¼ teaspoon or less.
Cacao powder is a natural love drug. Add it for a little flavor and to have sweet dreams!
