Mango Smoothie for Hydration

So refreshing for summer. Being well-hydrated is essential for good health. If your skin frequently feels parched, just eat a mango! Mangoes are bursting with vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin A. Vitamin A normalises the production and life cycle of skin cells. Consuming water is necessary to keep the body’s systems functioning properly.

Always remember during the summer months we need to increase our fluid intake to counteract warmer temperatures and higher humidity.

Ingredients

1 Mango

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1 tsp. coconut oil

I banana

A few ice cubes

Directions

Blend the mango, milk, coconut oil, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Find a quiet place outside to sip and enjoy!
