Powerful Ginger Tea


Ginger tea is one of my favorites. Ginger root has muscle relaxant properties, helps promote digestive health, ease pain, and so much more. Ginger is the healthiest spice in the world, so enjoy it often.

How to make fresh ginger tea!

Always try to use organic ginger root when possible to avoid pesticides.

Wash fresh ginger root.

I use a potato peeler for the skin.

Cut into thin slices and place in a mug.

Pour hot water over ginger.

Allow steeping for 5-10 minutes.

Add a little honey to taste.
