The Best Summer Greens

Ingredients:

Olive oil

2 garlic cloves

1-2 radishes sliced thin

1 cup of spinach chopped

1 cup of arugula chopped

1 cup of kale chopped

1 cup of swiss chard chopped

Salt and pepper

1 cup of cooked quinoa (in a broth of choice)

Directions:

This is a simple recipe and is absolutely delicious. If you want your quiona to have some flavor cook in a broth of choice. You can also just serve warm greens over a bed of quinoa.

1. In a skillet add diced garlic and olive oil on low heat. Add all the greens, radishes, salt and pepper.

2. Stir often until greens are tender. No browning, just slightly warming the greens..

3, Add cooked quinoa and stir for another minute over the low heat.

Best enjoyed outside with a summer drink, a book, or with good friends.
